Pop Star and TV Siren Heat Up The Stage in PEEPSHOW

Theater will bare an eye-popping new look when Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino presents its daring show starring Kelly Monaco as Bo Peep and Mel B as the mistress of ceremonies, The Peep Diva. The Dancing with the Stars alums will reunite on the stage in the sexy striptease PEEPSHOW.

Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Jerry Mitchell heads a creative team that includes acclaimed designers David Rockwell, the mastermind behind the set design, and Gregg Barnes, creator of the cast's seductive costumes.

“PEEPSHOW has been a dream of mine for a long time and now that dream is coming true,” said Mitchell. “We have gathered twenty of the sexiest dancers from film, video and Broadway to bring a truly American form of entertainment back to the Strip: the art of the tease. Mixed with humor, razzledazzle and today’s sexy music, these stunning dancers will use their bodies to tell a story.”

Spice Girl Mel B plays the lead role of The Peep Diva, who guides the story’s heroine Bo Peep, portrayed by Monaco, on her search for love. “Words can’t express how excited I am to be a part of PEEPSHOW,” said Monaco, a star on the daytime soap opera General Hospital. “I can’t think of a better place to do it than Las Vegas.”

The show begins with Bo falling asleep while reading a book of rhymes and fairy tales. In her dream state, Bo finds herself in the colorful world of PEEPSHOW as she’s whisked away by the Diva on a journey of self-discovery. Along the way she blossoms into a sexy, daring, provocative and more confident woman. The production numbers linking the story together are derived from popular fairy tales but told with a naughty twist.

“Because I’m coming out as a solo artist next year, I feel this show is putting me back in an arena that I’m most comfortable in and love doing most, which is performing and entertaining on stage,” said Mel B, who in 2004 starred as Mimi in the Broadway musical Rent, followed by a starring role in The Vagina Monologues.
